Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Transfer Manager in Warszawa, Poland, to drive SKU creation, artwork and data management, and oversight of transfer-related tasks during launches and switches.

You will collaborate with regional and local teams, monitor supply chain during launch periods, and ensure proper documentation and reporting while upholding compliance and data integrity. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in product launch or switch execution in pharma/healthcare.
• Proficiency in reporting and structured documentation.
• Strong process discipline and compliance expertise.
• Accuracy and reliability in data handling.
• Fluency in English.

As a Product Transfer Manager at Teva, you will play a pivotal role in executing transfer-related tasks such as SKU creation, artwork- and supply-chain- tracking.

• 2-4 years of professional experience in product launch or switch execution - within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Proficiency in reporting and structured documentation.
• Strong process discipline and expertise in compliance.
• Accuracy and reliability in data handling.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate across markets and functions.
• Good organizational and data management skills.
• Fluency in English.
