Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Product Technical Reviewer (M/F/D) at the Czechowice-Dziedzic plant to lead the standardization program (RAISE) and supervise PPDR meetings. You will coordinate with project teams, standard owners and product architects to improve product reliability and process standards across global automotive programs.

The role requires an engineering degree, R&D experience in design/validation, and strong English communication in an international team.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or mechatronics).
• Proven R&D experience in design, validation or product quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Design Review processes (PPDR) and technical risk analysis tools.
• Ability to evaluate 3D documentation, knowledge of mechanics, NVH, and simulation processes.
• Fluent English for clear communication within international engineering structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization program (RAISE) and chair PPDR meetings.
• Create and update project assessment reports from PPDR meetings and escalate critical issues.
• Standardize and capture technological knowledge, supervise de-standardization procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams, standard owners, and product architects to improve product reliability.
