Job summary

Valeo is seeking an HV Module RAISE Leader at the plant in Czechowice-Dziedzic. The role focuses on robustness, accountability, innovation, and standards to drive product/process reliability.

You will lead PPDR meetings, coordinate design reviews, and mitigate technical risks across international engineering teams. The candidate should have an engineering degree with R&D experience in design/validation, strong PPDR knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, mechatronics or related).
• Proven experience in R&D in design, validation, or product quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Design Review processes (PPDR) and risk analysis/tools.
• Ability to evaluate 3D documentation, knowledge of mechanics, NVH, and simulation processes.
• Strong leadership skills; experience leading technical meetings and coordinating working groups.
• Fluent English enabling communication within international engineering structures.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing product and process reliability based on OEM technology standards.
• Strengthening product and process standardization and supporting efficiency as part of the continuous improvement plan.
• Managing and chairing Product & Process Design Review (PPDR) meetings.
• Creating and updating project assessment reports based on PPDR meetings.
• Escalating critical technical issues to the Region/Cluster/Platform.
• Standardizing and capturing technological knowledge; supervising de-standardization procedures.
• Cooperating with project teams, standard owners, and product architects.
• Supporting engineering teams in solving complex technical issues.

This position manages the standardization program (RAISE), will be a key link in ensuring process and product reliability as well as managing technical risk.
