Job summary

Körber invites a Product Portfolio Manager to lead strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of the software portfolio for automated material handling solutions. You will shape vision for K.oneX and Parcel IT (LogX4) while supporting legacy apps and future additions through internal dev, partnerships, or acquisitions.

You will work with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service to deliver customer value and align with Körber's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related roles within a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Körber's intralogistics software portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify emerging technology trends.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and value propositions to maximize product profitability and market success.
• Translate market and customer requirements into clear functional priorities for R&D teams.
• Define the product vision for Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Warehouse Execution, Fleet Management, MAO, and Sortation solutions.
• Prioritize development initiatives based on customer value and impact.
• Drive portfolio lifecycle management including enhancements, upgrades, and end-of-life planning.
• Ensure software solutions are scalable and align with Körber's hardware/software portfolio.
• Promote technology synergies through shared platforms and architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Innovation teams.
• Support innovation by validating concepts with customers and identifying future opportunities.
• Develop high-quality sales enablement and product configuration materials.
• Build relationships with partners, universities, and customer innovation teams.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers in a global matrix.
