Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring a Product Owner for SAP & Power Platform to shape greenfield and evolving products within the Mercury Support Team. You will lead discovery, define product vision, and guide teams through rapid experiments from PoC to beta, aligning business needs with enterprise constraints across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Owner in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP and Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Translate business/process requirements into clear product outcomes, backlogs, and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering & architecture teams to shape feasible, value-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP-based ERP landscapes and Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise contexts.
• Strong communication to align stakeholders and delivery teams around priorities and scope.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a clear product vision aligned to business objectives and EY priorities.
• Translate problems into product outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses.
• Contribute to business cases with product insights and validation evidence.
• Provide input to go/no-go and scale decisions with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Architects, Analysts, and Engineers to shape the blueprint.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog across incubation stages.
• Balance value, feasibility, dependencies, and risk in backlog sequencing.
• Lead discovery and validation with UX Designers and Engineers.
• Define MVP scope and validation criteria for rapid experiments.
• Use feedback from pilots and metrics to guide scale or pivot decisions.
• Act as primary alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure product intent is understood and delivered by engineering teams.
• Participate in planning, refinement, reviews, and demos.
