Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join the Digital Experience Product Team. The role focuses on gathering requirements, aligning IT deliverables with business goals, and managing the Azure DevOps backlog to enable rapid development.

The candidate should have extensive experience in business analysis within large corporate IT environments, strong English communication, and familiarity with Adobe DX products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/business fields.
• 7 years in a large corporate IT environment.
• 5+ years as a business analyst across IT disciplines.
• SAFe Agile Certification is a plus; familiarity with Adobe DX products.

Responsibilities

• Capture business context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Represent business objectives with IT and testing teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the Azure DevOps backlog.
• Facilitate elicitation sessions with 20+ participants.
• Ensure requirements are testable and traceable to business goals.
