Job summary

Adroiti Technologies LLC is seeking a Product Owner to own a major area of our new platform that opens US online stores to a global audience. You will shape the vision, maintain the roadmap, and write well-defined user stories for an AI-driven product.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers and QA in an agile environment, measure success with defined KPIs, and influence product direction from pre-launch to scale. This is a long-term B2B contracting role with no fixed end date.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on software products.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Data-driven with product analytics and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered features.
• Ability to own product area end to end and align stakeholders.

Job description

Shopping on US e-commerce sites has been popular worldwide for years, thanks to the huge range of goods and better prices. Right now, though, it's mostly used by a small group of tech-savvy shoppers who know how to use e-wallets, VPNs and other workarounds to buy from overseas. We're building a platform that opens US online stores to everyone else.

The product is launching very soon. We're looking for a Product Owner to own one major area of it. Their work will shape how millions of shoppers around the world buy across borders.

AI is central to how Adroiti works, to this product and to this role. We want someone who sees AI as a way to build better products and work faster, not as a buzzword.

This is a long-term B2B contracting engagement with no fixed end date.

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Own your product area end to end: vision, roadmap, priorities and results
• Turn business goals and user needs into a clear, prioritised backlog with well-written user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage stakeholders across business, tech and partners: align expectations, make trade-offs and say "no" when needed
• Work closely with engineers, designers and QA in an agile team, from discovery through release and afterwards
• Find where AI can make a real difference to the product and the user experience, and help deliver it
• Use AI tools every day for research, analysis, writing specs and making decisions
• Set success metrics, track them after launch and use the data to decide what comes next
• Help take a new global product from pre-launch to scale
• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on software products
• Have a strong sense of ownership, treating the product as your own and holding yourself accountable for results
• Be confident managing stakeholders, including senior people and competing priorities
• Have hands-on experience with AI-powered products or features, and use AI tools actively in your work
• Understand how software is built well enough to have credible conversations with engineers about architecture, trade-offs and technical debt
• Be data-driven and comfortable with product analytics, experiments and KPIs
• Have strong agile/Scrum practice: backlog management, sprint planning and refinement
• Be able to make decisions with incomplete information and adapt quickly
• Communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments or cross-border products
• Experience launching a product from zero to one
• Experience with startups or fast-growing products

Salary

Hourly rate from 25 EUR based on skills and experience.

Work from anywhere - see you online. We have offices in old-town Vilnius when you need or feel like coming in.
