Job summary

Hostinger AI Builder is looking for a motivated product engineer with strong full-stack skills and a passion for AI-powered features. You will work across frontend and backend, orchestrating AI agents to solve real customer problems, shipping end-to-end solutions, and measuring impact with a fast, autonomous team.

You will collaborate with designers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers in small squads, owning problems end-to-end while maintaining high quality and shipping velocity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience shipping real products
• Full-stack experience across frontend and backend
• Hands-on with AI tools in workflow (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex)
• Strong product mindset; measure success by user & business outcomes
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments with autonomous work
• Solid fundamentals: REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, TypeScript, testing discipline

Responsibilities

• Own customer problems from idea to production, define the solution, ship it, measure results
• Work across the stack wherever the problem lives, not confined to frontend or backend
• Build with AI agents; orchestrate specs, code, tests, and analysis
• Operate with minimal guidance, ask questions, make reasonable assumptions, ship quickly
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers in small autonomous squads
• Identify patterns slowing the team, propose agent-based delegations and improvements

Your role at Hostinger

You'll join Hostinger AI Builder – the team building an AI-powered platform that helps anyone turn an idea into a website, online store, or web app.

This isn't a "ticket-to-deploy" role. You'll own problems end-to-end: from identifying customer needs to shipping solutions and measuring their impact.

We move fast, with high autonomy and broad ownership. AI agents are part of how we build every day – helping us experiment faster and solve bigger problems.

Your day-to-day

• Own problems, not tickets – Take a customer problem from idea to production. You define the solution, you ship it, you measure whether it worked.
• Move across the stack – Frontend, backend, infra – wherever the problem lives, that's where you go. You're not a frontend or backend engineer; you're a product engineer.
• Build with agents, not just autocomplete – You orchestrate agents across specs, code, tests, and analysis. You're the builder; agents write a large share of the code. Reviewing, steering, and knowing when to throw their output away is the actual skill.
• Operate with minimal guidance – You don't wait for perfect specs. You ask the right questions, make reasonable assumptions, and ship.
• Collaborate directly – Work with designers, PMs, data, and other engineers in small, autonomous squads. No layers, no hand‑offs.
• Improve the system – spot patterns that slow the team down, propose what to delegate to agents, and implement the changes.

What will help you succeed

• 2+ years of experience of shipping real products that users touched
• Proven full-stack experience: comfortable on both sides of the stack - Node.js backend + Vue.js/React/Angular frontend
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in your actual workflow. Whether it’s Claude Code / Cursor / Codex, the tooling is provided, you bring the knowledge of power‑user.
• Strong product mindset: you measure success by user and business outcomes, not by PRs
• Comfortable with ambiguity – you've worked in environments where the problem was clearer than the solution, and you figured it out
• Solid fundamentals: REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, TypeScript, testing discipline (you write tests because you care, not because someone told you to)
• Strong communicator – you can push back on a bad idea and explain a technical decision to a non‑technical stakeholder

Nice to have

• Experience with message queuing (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, GCP PubSub)
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD exposure
• Experience building or integrating LLM‑powered features or AI agents in production
• Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus)
