At Dutchie, we power the technology that helps cannabis dispensaries and brands thrive. From point-of-sale and payments to e-commerce and supply chain, we’re building the backbone of a modern, compliant, and customer-friendly cannabis industry.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and help shape how our products are positioned in the market. This role will focus on turning insights about our customers, competitors, and the cannabis industry into clear, compelling narratives and resources that drive adoption and growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry. If you are equal parts researcher, storyteller, and collaborator, this is your chance to own a product portfolio, work closely with senior marketing and cross-functional leaders, and see your work directly impact how dispensaries and brands succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Own a product portfolio and be the creative mind behind the positioning of your products as well as the keeper of that voice, ensuring all of our materials and sales enablement reflect that positioning.
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive customer adoption.
  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with cannabis retailers and brands.
  • Build case studies and customer success stories that showcase the impact of Dutchie’s products in the market.
  • Market & Competitive Insights: Manage Dutchie’s competitive intelligence knowledge base, monitor competitors and industry trends to keep Dutchie ahead of evolving customer needs and maintain category leadership.
  • Contribute to a broader understanding of why we win and lose deals, turning insights into marketing and enablement materials.
  • Package insights into digestible formats that influence product roadmaps, sales plays, and executive decision-making.
  • Create and manage enablement materials including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and training sessions.
  • Build content and resources that support the customer journey from awareness through adoption.
  • Partner with sales, product, sales enablement, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of Dutchie’s value story.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or related roles. (B2B SaaS or regulated industry experience is a plus).
  • Experience conducting competitive research and packaging insights into formats that drive action.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, product, enablement, and marketing teams.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content.
Why Join Dutchie?
  • Impact & Ownership: You’ll own the go-to-market story for key parts of our product suite and see your work influence revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Career Growth: You’ll be supported by a senior PMM mentor and work directly with leaders across the company, giving you visibility and experience that accelerates your career.
  • Industry Leadership: Be part of the team setting the standard for cannabis technology in a market that’s scaling rapidly and shaping policy nationwide.
  • Mission & Culture: Join a remote-first, values-driven team that believes in building technology to create a safer, more inclusive cannabis industry.
You’ll Get

Starting salary targeted at $75,000 - $95,000 based on the level for this role.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans.
  • Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees.
  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc.) allowance.
