Allegro Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the product roadmap, shape strategy, and drive delivery that creates business value. You will work with business stakeholders, IT architects, and development teams to translate needs into tangible features and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and business objectives.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and assess impact of product changes on business results.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align priorities across business and tech areas.
• Good understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Ability to plan product roadmap considering resources and constraints.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT architects, and development teams.
• English at least B2 and Polish at least C1.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap planning, prioritization, and implementation oversight.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define needs, goals, and development directions.
• Develop and deliver solutions addressing business and user needs.
• Analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Initiate new ideas/features to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams responsible for product development and maintenance.
• Monitor progress and ensure agreed plans are implemented.
