Job summary

NordPass, part of Nord Security, is seeking a product leader to unite growth metrics, compliance, and cutting-edge tech. You will drive activation, retention, and roadmap decisions through close collaboration with research, sales, legal, security, and data analytics teams.

You will balance near-term ROI with bold, long-term bets while refining authentication and identity strategies for consumer and business users, including CLI integrations and AI-ready approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally SaaS.
• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics (activation funnels, cohort analysis).
• Technical fluency: APIs, CLIs, or AI authentication protocols.
• Generalist mindset; thrives in ambiguity and context-switching.
• Exceptional communication between business, legal and engineering.

• Lead a cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team.
• Own discovery, validation, and roadmap; translate insights into shipped value.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a fully cross‑functional, autonomous NordPass product team;

• Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value;

• Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention) to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions;

• Partner closely with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes;

• Operate as a triad with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near‑term ROI with bold, long‑term bets;

• Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery;

• Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics;

• Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AI–ready authentication; incubate innovations such as developer‑friendly CLIs and integrations;

• Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance;

• Communicate decisions clearly, document trade‑offs, and align teams around crisp goals and measurable outcomes;

Core Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS;

• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics. You know your way around activation funnels and cohort analysis;

• Technical fluency. You don't need to code, but you can hold your own with engineers discussing APIs, CLIs, or AI authentication protocols;

• A generalist mindset. You thrive in ambiguity and context-switching doesn't drain you, it energizes you;

• Exceptional communication skills. You translate between business, legal, and engineering effortlessly;
