Google LLC is hiring a Product Manager I for the Chrome Web Store in Warsaw. You will guide products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business perspectives and breaking down complex problems for end-to-end delivery.

In this role, you will lead trust and safety initiatives, collaborating with security analysts, policy experts, and engineers to automate security reviews of Chrome Extensions. You will influence product decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

• Lead the product goal and strategy for trust and safety of the Chrome Web Store and Chrome Extensions ecosystem.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives to enhance security and quality of Chrome Extensions, working with security analysts, the review team, the policy manager, and engineering.
• Drive development and implementation of automated systems to improve review efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to build tools and infrastructure for proactive detection and mitigation of harmful extensions.
• Analyze data and user feedback to identify trends and inform product decisions.

• Passion for and understanding of online safety, security risks, and privacy best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, policy, legal, security).
