Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager focused on Trust and Safety in Poland to guide Chrome Extensions initiatives from concept to launch. • Lead product goals and strategy for Trust & Safety in Chrome Web Store and Extensions.
• Define and prioritize initiatives to enhance security and quality of Chrome Extensions with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop automated systems to improve efficiency of security reviews for Chrome Extensions.
• Collaborate with engineering to build tools for proactive detection and mitigation of harmful extensions.
• Analyze data and user feedback to identify trends and measure impact of trust and safety initiatives.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong understanding of web technologies, and the software development life-cycle. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts related to scalability, and performance.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Passion for and understanding of online safety, security risks, and privacy best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, policy, legal, security).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

• Lead the product goal and strategy for ensuring the trust and safety of the Chrome Web Store and Chrome Extensions ecosystem.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives to enhance the security and quality of Chrome Extensions, working closely with security analysts, the review team, the policy manager, and engineering.
• Drive the development and implementation of automated systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security and quality reviews for Chrome Extensions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools and infrastructure that support proactive detection and mitigation of harmful extensions.
