Job summary

Tesco Technology Kraków seeks a Product Manager to own the Colleague Document Management Solution (CDMS) platform end-to-end. You will drive product strategy, manage the backlog with Kraków engineers, and onboard multiple business teams to the platform, shaping the frontend experience used by managers and colleagues.

You will collaborate with distributed UK and Kraków teams, influence stakeholders, and apply agile practices to deliver value while maintaining regulatory and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years Product Management experience in agile/scrum environments.
• Experience of a shared platform or global component used by other teams.
• Experience setting product strategy and delivering against it.
• Influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product backlog and strategy with engineers in Kraków.
• Shape frontend experience managers and colleagues will use.
• Onboard teams across the business to the platform.
