Job summary

Tesco Technology Kraków seeks a Product Manager to own the CDMS platform strategy and run the day-to-day backlog with engineers in Kraków. You will shape the frontend experience managers and colleagues actually use, and onboard teams across the business onto it.

You will collaborate with design and user research to ensure a quick, correct upload experience, while aligning with GDPR, retention and auditability requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in agile/scrum environments, owning a product end to end.
• Experience with a shared platform/internal capability used by multiple teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and work under pressure.
• Domain expertise in HR/People, compliance, or regulated document handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate CDMS platform strategy and roadmap.
• Manage day-to-day backlog with Kraków engineering teams: user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritisation.
• Own reusable, document-agnostic capabilities: upload, OCR, metadata, storage, search, retention, GDPR.
• Shape frontend experience for managers and colleagues, collaborating with design and research.
• Onboard new journey teams, map demand to existing capabilities, avoid bespoke builds.
• Define self-serve capabilities: guides, decision trees, and minimal CDMS involvement.
• Own compliance outcomes: Right to Work coverage, data accuracy, retention, access control, auditability.
• Track OKRs and build analytics dashboards measuring performance and usability.
