Job summary

Tickmill ищет опытного менеджера продукта для руководства расширением предложения акций и ETF, а также миссией по разработке стратегии продукта и дорожной карты.

Будете курировать торговый и инвестиционный опыт на веб и мобил платформах, сотрудничая с инженерами, UX, QA, комплаенсом и различными подразделениями. Требуется подтвержденный опыт вывода сложных финансовых продуктов на рынок и сильные навыки аналитики и коммуникации.

Qualifications

• 7+ лет опыта в управлении продуктами
• 3+ года в создании/управлении акциями, ETF или ETF-ориентированными продуктами
• Глубокое знание рынка акций, торговых и клиринговых процессов
• Успешный опыт вывода и масштабирования торговых продуктов
• Опыт проектирования путей клиентов и UX на основе аналитики
• Сильные навыки стейкхолдеров и ведения кросс-функциональных проектов
• Отличное владение английским (письменно и устно)
• Плюсом: опыт рекламы/партнерских программ и интеграций с брокерскими инфраструктурами

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the expansion of Tickmill's Stocks and Exchange-Traded Products offering
• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and business objectives for Stocks, ETFs, and related investment products
• Lead the trading and investing experience across web and mobile platforms
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Compliance, Brokerage, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Affiliates, and other stakeholders
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives
• Work with exchanges, market data providers, clearing brokers, custodians, and technology vendors
• Help define scalable operating models balancing global consistency with local market requirements
• Support acquisition, activation, retention and engagement initiatives
• Establish KPIs and optimize client adoption, trading activity and engagement
• Champion simple, mobile-first investing experience for retail clients

Tickmill is a multi-regulated broker offering CFDs across Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies, and Bonds, as well as exchange-traded derivatives such as Futures and Options.

• Own and drive the expansion of Tickmill's Stocks and Exchange-Traded Products offering
• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and business objectives for Stocks, ETFs, and related investment products
• Lead the trading and investing experience across web and mobile platforms, including market data, order management, portfolio views, reporting, and corporate actions
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Compliance, Brokerage, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Affiliates, and other stakeholders to deliver products from concept to market
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives
• Work with exchanges, market data providers, clearing brokers, custodians, and technology vendors to enhance and scale the product offering
• Help define scalable operating models that balance global consistency with local market requirements
• Support acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Affiliates, and Partnerships teams
• Establish KPIs and optimize client adoption, trading activity, customer engagement, and commercial performance
• Champion a simple, intuitive, mobile-first investing experience for retail clients

Требования:

• 7+ Years of Product Management experience
• 3+ Years of experience building or managing Stocks, ETFs, Equities, or other Exchange-Traded Products in a brokerage, investment platform, exchange, fintech, or wealth management environment
• Strong understanding of equities market structure, order management, trade execution, settlement, custody, market data, corporate actions, and retail brokerage operations
• Proven track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing trading or investment products
• Experience designing and optimizing customer journeys, onboarding experiences, and product UX using customer insights, analytics, and experimentation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering and technology teams
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
