Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate customer insights into clear requirements.
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support discovery activities through interviews, demos, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with SCRUM teams to deliver value for airline operations.
• Prepare and run demos; capture feedback and convert to backlog items.
• Maintain feature documentation and contribute to release notes.
