Job summary

CAE is seeking a Product Manager for Flight Management Solutions, focusing on Flightscape and the Flight Plan Manager product. You will shape features to support airline operations and dispatch teams worldwide, collaborating with Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Customer Success.

You will translate customer insights into requirements, groom backlogs, write user stories, and contribute to demos and release notes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Airline Flight Operations or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.
• Fluent English; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Aeronautical Science, or related field; eligible to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer insights and operational pain points into clear business and functional requirements.
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support discovery activities such as interviews, demos, and data analysis to validate problem statements.
• Collaborate with SCRUM teams to design and deliver functionality that adds measurable value for airline operations.
• Prepare and run internal/external demos; capture feedback and convert it into actionable backlog items.
• Maintain feature documentation and contribute to release notes.
