Job summary

XTB, a global investment company, is seeking a Product Manager to shape the product vision and KPIs, always prioritizing the client and validating decisions with research and metrics. You will translate strategy into actionable tasks for the engineering team and coordinate with legal, risk, marketing and technical departments to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in taxation/financial reporting/operations in FinTech or related fields.
• Know-how of capital gains tax, withholding tax (WHT) and PIT-8C forms.
• Understanding of CRS and FATCA.
• Able to translate tax rules into business logic and algorithms.
• 2+ years as Product Manager/PM/BA on IT/financial projects.
• End-to-end project experience including UAT and deployment.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile methods.
• Strong data skills; advanced Excel; basic SQL helpful.
• Experience in capital markets investing is a plus.
• High autonomy and self-starter attitude.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
