Asana is seeking a Staff Product Manager in Warsaw to define how teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world. You’ll partner with Design, Research and Engineering to translate ambiguous problems into fast, minimal, and clearly right workflows for high-performing teams.
You’ll work from first principles to craft a focused roadmap, validate bets with demanding customers, and drive business impact across a growing product portfolio in a hybrid, office-centric work model.
The Product Management team drives Asana’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We’re helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world.
Joining our recently formed team in Warsaw, you’ll contribute to the product direction for Asana’s new product for the agentic software development lifecycle—our bet on what the next $100M+ line of business looks like. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll work from first principles to define how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world.
You’ll partner closely with design, research and engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast, minimal, and ‘obviously right’ to high-performing teams. You’ll validate your bets directly with demanding customers—from hypergrowth startups to global enterprises—and be accountable for turning those insights into a focused roadmap and real business impact.
This role is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 37,000 - 46,000 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
