Job summary

Guidewire Software in Kraków is seeking a Product Manager for Cloud Platform Provisioning & Persistence. You will own the platform capabilities enabling provisioning, configuring, operating, and lifecycle-managing cloud infrastructure through APIs and declarative abstractions.

Your focus includes persistence services (Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS, DynamoDB) and OAM/KubeVela-based components, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure platform experiences across Guidewire applications.

Qualifications

3+ years of technically oriented Product Management experience.
Strong experience translating complex technical problems into clear product requirements, priorities and execution plans.
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern platform engineering concepts (APIs, Kubernetes, IaC, microservices).
Ability to translate platform abstractions into usable developer experiences.

Responsibilities

Own the product definition, roadmap, priorities, and execution for cloud infrastructure provisioning and persistence capabilities.
Collaborate with Engineering to deliver self-service platform capabilities for Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS, DynamoDB, and future persistence services.
Drive discovery and translate complex infra needs into product requirements, APIs, and sensible defaults.
Balance developer flexibility with security, reliability, and operational consistency across platform capabilities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, manage dependencies, and drive adoption.
Track delivery, adoption, reliability, and outcomes, iterating based on feedback.
