Job summary

RISK in Poland is seeking a results-driven product lead to own a key product stream in the iGaming space, driving core metrics and delivering pragmatic solutions without rewriting core backend architecture.

You will manage full lifecycle from idea to production, conduct rigorous hypothesis testing, and release features autonomously with comprehensive A/B evaluation to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• iGaming Expertise: Deep understanding of slots math, live casino, tournaments, and Tier-1 payment/KYC flows.
• Data-Driven & Analytics: Comfortable with core metrics (FTD, NGR, LTV, Churn) and SQL basics; interpret A/B tests.
• Tech Literacy: Understands client-server architecture, APIs, webhooks; write clear PRDs with edge cases.
• Product Execution: Experience with backlog prioritization (RICE/ICE), MVP, and wireframes in Figma or Miro.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product stream (FTD funnel, loyalty, quests, tournaments, or gamification).
• Lead full-cycle hypothesis testing from data bottlenecks to post-release evaluation.
• Deliver tangible business impact with pragmatic workarounds; no core backend rewrites.
• Coordinate concept sign-off to production release and evaluate A/B tests.

• Domain Ownership: Take full end-to-end ownership of a specific product stream (post-FTD funnel, loyalty program, quests, tournaments, or gamification mechanics).


• Full-Cycle Hypothesis Testing: Lead the entire lifecycle of ideas: spot bottlenecks in data → form hypotheses → model unit economics → factor in platform limits → align with the founder → drive delivery → evaluate post-release results.


• Pragmatic Delivery: Focus on tangible business impact (driving core metrics) and find viable technical workarounds without needing to rewrite core backend architecture.


• Autonomous Release Management: Coordinate execution from concept sign-off to production release, followed by rigorous A/B test evaluation.

Requirements

• iGaming Expertise (Casino & Tier-1): Deep understanding of slots math (RTP, volatility), live casino, tournaments, top providers, and Tier-1 payment/KYC flows.


• Data-Driven & Analytics: Confident with core metrics (FTD, NGR, LTV, Churn) and unit economics; ability to independently build funnels, run cohort analysis, write basic SQL queries, and interpret A/B tests.


• Tech Literacy: Understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and webhooks; ability to write crystal-clear PRDs with covered edge cases.


• Product Execution: Practical experience with backlog prioritization frameworks (RICE/ICE), scoping down to MVP, and wireframing flows in Figma or Miro.
