About the Role

We are looking for a strong EdTech Product Manager who will take ownership of our educational product and scale it to international markets.

You will own the entire educational ecosystem end-to-end: from customer experience to product expansion.

Scope of responsibility:

  • Product ownership and evolution of our educational system
  • Launch and adaptation for international markets (Europe: Finland, Germany)
  • Optimization of the customer experience (500+ students completed the program)
  • Collaboration with a team of 50+ people (mentors, curators, assistants)
  • Direct reporting to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

International Product Expansion (40%)

Adapting the product for the new market:

  • Localize the program
  • Find and hire local mentors
  • Adjust pricing and packaging for European purchasing power
  • Ensure technical compliance — GDPR, VAT, platform adaptation

Go-to-market preparation:

  • Create marketing materials
  • Adapt success stories and case studies
  • Build go-to-market strategy for each country

Customer Experience Optimization (30%)

Analyze & improve the customer journey:

  • Identify friction points, drop-offs, confusion
  • Simplify and shorten the client pathway
  • Unify fragmented touchpoints into a streamlined system
  • Remove unnecessary steps
  • Track core metrics: completion rate, satisfaction, time to offer
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Test hypotheses, implement changes, measure impact

Reduce operational costs:

  • Automate manual processes where possible
  • Optimize the ratio of mentors/curators/assistants
  • Reduce cost of delivery without reducing quality

Education Content Development (20%)

Work with subject-matter experts:

  • Hire mentors for new markets
  • Coordinate content creation
  • Ensure content quality and relevance
  • Build structured learning paths (junior / mid / senior)
  • Develop curriculum materials, workshops, resources

Product Operations & Processes (10%)

Operational process setup:

  • Document all program processes
  • Create SOPs for mentors and curators
  • Work with a product & delivery team
  • Align product with marketing, sales, ops
  • Serve as the key link between CEO and execution teams
