Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Product Management Intern to learn through hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at our Corporate Office in Pittsburgh. You will work with product designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver meaningful features for athletes and customers.

The internship runs for 11 weeks in the summer, with a structured project, leadership exposure, and Q&A sessions with senior leaders.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Work on projects and support more senior Product Managers
• Scope and prioritization of tasks assigned
• Perform validation for production releases, bug fixes & feature requests
• Troubleshoot defects and conduct root cause analysis
• Work on specific features and create new ones upon instruction
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos & retrospectives
• Write user stories to articulate work for Engineering
• Ensure delivery aligns with customer experience and business requirements
