Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a market-driven Product Marketing Manager to define marketing specs for new products, interface with defense customers and internal teams to capture requirements, and author market studies, competitive analyses, pricing and go-to-market plans.

You will coordinate with BD to prioritize features, develop pre-sales materials, and ensure program delivery aligns with customer expectations while maintaining clear technical communication for sales and customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network synchronization and related technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to help customers design time and frequency distribution systems.
• Strong self-learning skills.
• Experience in sales or sales support is an advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Can-do attitude and a creative, natural problem solver.

• Excellent presentation skills to simplify complex technology and build trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

• Develop pre-sales documentation to support the BD team.
• Support internal processes to realize successful program delivery aligned with customer expectations.

Education

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or related engineering field

• Interface directly with OSCILLOQUARTZ defense customers and customer-facing organizations, as well as internal engineering teams, to capture market requirements and satisfy tactical and strategic program needs.
• Author marketing requirements, including market studies, competitive analysis, product requirements, pricing, planning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Communicate defense-specific customer needs back into OSCILLOQUARTZ internal organizations to influence design and business priorities and to deliver timely solutions to customer programs.
• Coordinate with OSCILLOQUARTZ business development teams to prioritize product features across a broad range of opportunities.
• Research and participate in standards activities in related fields and disciplines to ensure conformance to relevant industry standards and practices.
• Develop pre-sales documentation to support OSCILLOQUARTZ BD team.
• Support internal business processes to realize successful program delivery aligned with customer expectations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of network synchronization and related technologies is an advantage (e.g. IEEE 1588, GPS/GNSS)
• Ability to help customers design time and frequency distribution systems
• Strong self-learning skills
• Experience in sales or sales support is an advantage
• Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Can-do attitude and a creative, natural problem solver
• Strong organizational skills (detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and adaptable)
• Excellent presentation skills to make complex technology simple, motivate sales forces, and build customer confidence and trust
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage)
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• MBA - proffered
• Experience in software and hardware development
