Job summary

Arche Consulting in Kraków seeks an experienced New Product Development Project Lead to coordinate packaging innovation from concept to launch. You will support feasibility studies, R&D activities, and business case approvals, ensuring alignment among Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.

With a minimum of 3 years in NPD, ideally in FMCG or pharma, you’ll manage multiple projects, maintain documents, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Development (not e-commerce).
• Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Understanding of product development and packaging innovation processes.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities
