Job summary

Knapsack is the product company behind Knapsack Pro, a developer-tool that helps engineers optimize CI test runs. We are a small team located in Kraków, Poland, and mostly work remotely with in-person meetups.

This is a technical role focused on building product features, APIs, and tooling you will own from ideation to maintenance. You will work with Heroku/AWS, Postgres/Redis, Ruby/Rails, JS/TS, and multiple CI systems, while communicating with thousands of users and contributing to Pager Duty

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of professional experience.
• Experience as Product/DevTool Engineer preferred.
• Strong API design and dev-tools experience.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own complex projects from ideation to maintenance.
• Respond to support tickets and participate in Pager Duty.
• Engage directly with thousands of users to understand needs.
• Collaborate across the team to deliver robust APIs and tooling.
