Job summary

Mondelēz International in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a motivated RDQ professional to drive product development and portfolio maintenance across cross-functional teams. You will organize and execute RDQ activities, plan pilot plant trials, and ensure HACCP/compliance to deliver consumer-centric innovations.

This fixed-term role offers exposure to Europe-wide projects, collaboration with marketing and manufacturing, and the chance to advance in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, science, or engineering or equivalent
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods is preferred
• English language skills; Polish not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in line with GMP and HACCP requirements
• Develop, analyze and interpret data to reach clear conclusions and recommendations
• Write technical reports and maintain consumer-led specifications
• Collaborate with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing to meet consumer experience goals

Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.). You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Great communication and project management skills

Experience of working in the food industry, specific experience of confectionery and/or chocolate would be an additional advantage but not mandatory

Education / Certifications:

• A food science, science, or engineering qualification at university level / degree
• Food science, science, or engineering experience (2+ years) ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods market
• English language skills. Speaking Polish is not mandatory.

Travel requirements:

Some travel within Europe may be required, depending on the projects undertaken, but we would not expect this to exceed 20% of your time

Duration: Please note that this role is a fixed term role, until December 2027.
