Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Product Development Senior Scientist I (Fixed-Term) in Wroclaw, Poland. You will lead RDQ activities for new product development, maintain portfolios, and guide productivity projects while ensuring consumer-focused product quality and compliance with GMP/HACCP.

You will organize projects, conduct pilot plant and factory trials, write analytical reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders to drive decision-making and product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development or RDQ in FMCG.
• Experience leading cross-functional RDQ teams and delivering new products.

Responsibilities

• Lead RDQ activities to develop new products and maintain portfolios.
• Plan and execute pilot plant and factory trials per GMP and HACCP.
• Write technical reports and interpret results to inform decisions.
• Influence stakeholders with data-driven conclusions and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, and manufacturing.
