Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, shaping experiences across iOS, Android and web. You will work with Product Owners, Engineers and Data Scientists to understand customer needs and craft simple, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years designing world-class commercial apps in-house, a strong portfolio, and a solid grasp of product strategy and technical implications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house.
• Portfolio featuring examples of product design work.
• Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisions.
• Ability to take ownership of design processes.
• A focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour.
• Clean visual design sense
• Skills in typography and grids
• A love for problem-solving and to be challenged.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs
• Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
• Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
• Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes
• Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
• Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews
• Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
