We are seeking a Product Design Lead to guide a team of senior designers and contribute hands-on to design work. You will shape product vision, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams, and build AI-driven design workflows.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product design with hands-on execution.
- 3+ years leading design teams.
- Portfolio demonstrates user- and business-focused solutions.
- Experience developing designers and improving team work.
- Hands-on AI experience with workflows.
- Strong communication with stakeholders.
- Fluent English in daily use.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of senior product designers and help them grow.
- Work hands-on on complex product problems.
- Maintain a high bar for product thinking and design quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams.
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Take ideas from exploration to shipped features and measure results.
- Move projects forward when path is unclear.
- Improve how the design team works.
- Find practical AI-enabled workflows for design.
- Build and test new AI workflows with the team.
