Tango ищет опытного Product Manager для формирования дорожной карты и ведения проекта в мульти-платформенной среде. Вы будете отвечать за блок регистрации, конверсию и рост funnel-эффективности, сотрудничать с командами маркетинга и аналитики. Требуется опыт работы с мобильными приложениями и инструментами аналитики, высокий уровень английского.

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта в Product Management, включая 3+ года в consumer mobile apps на scale с многомиллионной MAU.
• Опыт владения end-to-end фичами от формулировки проблемы до post-launch измерений.
• Умение управлять funnel роста (регистрация, онбординг или активация) с измеримым эффектом.
• Сильная аналитическая независимость: работа с Amplitude/Looker, A/B тесты.

Responsibilities

• Построение и сопровождение дорожной карты продукта, контроль прогресса и отчетность.
• Определение области регистрации: здоровье воронки, конверсия, проблемы платформы.
• Сотрудничество с командами по привлечению пользователей для увеличения конверсии.
• Разработка признаков из идеи к релизу и обеспечение качественного опыта пользователя.
• Приоритизация бэклога по влиянию, техфункциональности и бизнес-целям.
• Реализация roadmapping-а для линейки Streaming приложений.

Задачи:

• Build and maintain the product roadmap, track feature progress against milestones, and report on status;
• Define and manage the registration domain, including funnel health, conversion, and platform-specific issues;
• Partner with user acquisition teams on product marketing funnels to maximize conversion from acquired traffic to activation;
• Drive domain features from concept to launch, ensuring a smooth, high-quality end-user experience;
• Prioritize the backlog based on impact, technical feasibility, and business goals;
• Execute the feature roadmap for the Streaming family of apps.

Требования:

• 6+ Years of Product Manager experience, including 3+ years on consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android/Web) at multi-million MAU scale;
• Track record of delivering features end-to-end, from problem framing to post-launch measurement;
• Hands-on ownership of a growth funnel (registration, onboarding, or activation) with measurable conversion impact;
• Strong analytical independence, including validating data with Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools and designing statistically defensible A/B tests;
• Ability to use AI tools and frameworks to accelerate research, prototyping, analytics, specification writing, and decision-making;
• Ability to write clear specifications with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and event/instrumentation requirements;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), including attribution and deep-linking data; experience in live streaming, social, UGC, or dating products; exposure to monetization mechanics such as virtual goods, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
