  • Coordinate with stakeholders across related projects, including cybersecurity, regulatory and hardware teams, to clarify requirements, manage dependencies and align delivery expectations.
  • Help bridge different ways of working across teams, balancing Agile delivery with the documentation and quality requirements of a regulated environment.
  • Identify and help resolve risks, issues and roadblocks, escalating when appropriate and supporting timely resolution.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization, communicating progress clearly and supporting effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Product Analyst or Business Analyst role, ideally within a technology, biotechnology, consulting, engineering or related organization.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating ceremonies and supporting team planning and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices, with a flexible, practical approach to applying them.
  • Experience translating complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams with different priorities and ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, including the confidence to clarify expectations, challenge assumptions constructively and ask questions that lead to effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify information gaps, manage dependencies and support timely resolution of issues.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of your work and maintain focus on delivery.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within medical technology.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning and work tracking, or transferable experience with Jira or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Figma or working with design teams.
  • Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
