Job summary

Tickmill is seeking a Product Analyst to join our growing team to drive the success of our digital products and customer-facing experiences. You will work with Product Owners, Product Managers, designers and developers to discover, develop and improve product features and user journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Owners, Product Managers and cross-functional teams in defining product initiatives, business requirements and improvement opportunities across customer-facing platforms and internal systems.
  • Use analytics and data-driven insights to support product decisions, identify optimization opportunities and measure the impact of product enhancements.
  • Analyse key product metrics related to user engagement, adoption, retention, conversion, operational efficiency and overall product performance.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements and roadmap execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
  • Support backlog management by helping to refine, prioritize and document product initiatives, enhancements and technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, project and delivery teams to ensure product requirements and clearly understood and implemented effectively.
  • Create detailed process maps, workflows and business analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, testing activities and product validation processes.
  • Assist in monitoring product performance after releases and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.
  • Continuously build product, business and domain knowledge, demonstrating a willingness to learn new technologies, tools and product management practices.
  • Support knowledge sharing and internal training initiatives by documenting processes, systems and best practices for stakeholders and team members.

As a Product Analyst you will play a key role in driving the success of our digital products and customer-facing experiences.
