You will be responsible for daily support of the Indirect purchasing processes as well as supplier negotiations and tender collection, and act as a link between the strategic procurement approach and daily operation’s needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be responsible for Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process.
• Follow up with users, suppliers, and analyze their behaviors.
• Follow up on financial documents.
• Perform catalogue and system updates based on analysis of purchasing behaviors.
• Implement and support Danfoss sourcing strategies.
• Cooperate with colleagues from different countries.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in Operational Purchasing, Logistics, Customer service or Finance (AP, AR).
• Fluent level of English.
• Knowledge of other foreign languages would be a strong asset (Turkish or German or Danishor French orother languages).
• Experience in working with procurement systems will be an advantage.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to details.
• Knowledge of SAP/SAP Ariba.
