Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in procurement, technical, financial or supply chain roles; project management experience essential.
• Procurement strategy development, category management and cross-country sourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Sequoia procurement savings across all workstreams globally and with OpCos.
• Guide and execute savings initiatives; lead cross-functional discussions and ensure resources/methodology where needed.
• Manage and influence European operating companies toward full SNOW delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports to Sequoia TMO/SteerCo highlighting progress and risks.
• Incorporate Sequoia procurement practices into the new procurement operating model.
