Job summary

ADM’s GBS team in Poznań seeks a Procurement Performance & AI Analyst to build a dedicated capability focused on procurement performance, transparency, and value realization across regions.

You will develop KPIs, monitor savings, and support governance and data-driven decisions, while identifying AI and automation to improve daily procurement activities and speed up decisions. This is a hybrid role based in Poznań.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, finance, analytics, or a related role.
• Experience in procurement analytics, spend analysis, reporting, or performance management.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; translates data into insights.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP and procurement data.
• Understanding of KPIs, savings, cost avoidance, supplier performance, inventory and working capital.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation; practical experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from Poznań office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor savings, cost avoidance, PPV, supplier performance and cost drivers.
• Analyze spend, inventory, working capital, and freight costs to identify opportunities.
• Support governance, compliance, risk monitoring, and performance initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings and measure value creation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify gaps and track corrective actions.
• Identify and implement AI and automation for reporting, analytics, and supplier management.
• Work with IT and Data teams to align tools with standards.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic procurement projects.

Job Summary

The Procurement Performance & AI Analyst will establish a dedicated capability within Global Procurement focused on improving procurement performance, transparency, and value realization across regions.

This role will be responsible for developing and monitoring procurement KPIs, analyzing purchasing performance, and supporting governance, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

A key element of the role will be to identify and implement practical AI and automation solutions to improve daily procurement activities, reduce manual work, and enhance the quality and speed of procurement decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting.
• Monitor savings, cost avoidance, PPV, supplier performance, and key cost drivers.
• Analyze spend, inventory, working capital, freight costs, and purchasing patterns to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support procurement governance, compliance, risk monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings and measure procurement value creation.
• Collaborate with regional procurement teams to identify performance gaps and track corrective actions.
• Identify, implement, and scale AI and automation solutions that improve reporting, analytics, supplier management, and decision-making.
• Work with IT and Data teams to ensure reporting and automation tools align with company standards.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic procurement projects.

Skills, Competencies & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience in procurement analytics, spend analysis, reporting, procurement controlling, or performance management.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience working with ERP and procurement data.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, KPIs, savings, cost avoidance, supplier performance, inventory, and working capital.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation, with practical experience considered an advantage.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
• Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
