Job summary

ADM, Poznań, Poland, seeks a Credit Analyst to support credit evaluation and reporting processes. The role involves handling order blocks, maintaining master data hierarchies, and ensuring compliance with credit policies.

A background in Finance/Controlling or related field is expected, with English proficiency and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will document steps in the GetPaid system, perform KYC, and analyze balance sheets and securities, contributing to risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Finance or related field, or banking/commercial apprenticeship.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in credit analysis preferred.
• Certifications like Certified Credit Controller are a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, structured, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask.

Competencies

• Banking, commercial or administrative apprenticeship or Bachelor’s Degree in Controlling, Finance or another relevant field
• Preferably 1-2 years of work experience on an Credit Analyst position in an international company
• A degree as ‘Certified Credit Controller’ is an advantage
• Fluent command of written and spoken English, any further language skills would be a plus
• A very precise, well-structured, responsible working attitude paired with an analytic and ownership mindset
• Assertive, target-driven and autonomous work approach
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to deal with stressful situations
• Good communication and team working skills
