Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services Kraków invites motivated students to join the Fuel Procurement internship. You will support the review of sustainability documents from fuel suppliers, perform data entry into the Fuel IT system, and help optimize data handling to speed up transactions.

Ideal candidates are studying Logistics or Economics, have strong analytical skills, and communicate in English (B2). German is a plus; MS Office proficiency is required, and a Poland work permit is necessary.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills for working with numbers, preparing reports and analyses.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• German language skills are a plus.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Diligence and precise working habit.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify sustainability documents from fuel suppliers.
• Enter data into the Fuel IT system.
• Improve data handling processes and reduce turnaround time per transaction.
• Analyze data quality issues (e.g., missing fuel tickets).
• Prepare Excel and PowerPoint reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Fuel team.
