Job summary

Takeda in Łódź, Poland is seeking a Sr. Procurement Experience Agent to support day-to-day procurement tasks, guide users through supplier enablement, and deliver end-to-end procurement with a strong focus on user experience.

You will collaborate with Global Procurement, oversee onboarding of vendors, manage supplier data, and drive continuous improvement across the GFCOE and adjacent towers. This role requires SAP Ariba, MDG, APEX and MALBEK knowledge and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP Ariba, MDG, APEX, MALBEK and internal procedures
• Bachelor degree and/or 5+ years of supplier management experience
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Strong data-centric mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support supplier selection, onboarding and TPORM
• Ensure data for new and existing suppliers is up to date in systems
• Coordinate with GFCOE towers and keep procurement process updates
• Identify opportunities for improvement and manage risks upfront
• Build collaborative relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Assist onboarding and supervision of Procurement Agents
