Zusammenfassung

FRoSTA AG is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes across multiple FRoSTA sites, including Bydgoszcz (PL) and German locations. You will analyze processes, assess new concepts, and collaborate with Product Development to implement improvements and ensure high line availability.

The role requires a degree in production/process engineering or related field, experience in Lean and quality systems, and fluent German and English. Some remote work is possible as part of tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in process improvement, Lean Management, and production optimization.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., HACCP) and SAP.
• Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary project experience.
• Fluent German and English communication.

• Your focus will be on process optimization in our production to increase efficiency, quality and productivity.
• You assess the feasibility of new product concepts, taking into account available resources and production capabilities.You will then share your analysis results with our product development team.
• You collaborate closely with Product Development and provide recommendations based on your analyses.
• You monitor production processes using relevant data and analyze key performance indicators to ensure high line availability.
• You identify the root causes of malfunctions, bottlenecks, and efficiency losses and drive improvements that establish best practices across our production processes and other FRoSTA sites.
• By maintaining accurate process documentation and master data, you ensure high data quality throughout our production and planning processes.

• Experience in process improvement, Lean Management, and the implementation and optimization of production processes.
