Process Engineer - Electrical & Automation (m/f/d)
These will be your tasks in our team
- Support of automation and electrical engineering solution design for production systems
- Preparation of technical documentation, requirements specifications, and project documentation
- Participation in the development and verification of technical concepts for new projects
- Cooperation with international project teams and external suppliers
- Communication of project progress and alignment of technical solutions with project stakeholders
- Support of the implementation of new tools and digital solutions improving production processes
- Participation in testing, technical acceptance procedures, and system commissioning activities
- Support of process optimization initiatives and development of technical standards
- Analysis of technical issues and proposal of improvement measure

The right qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial automation, control systems, PLC programming, electrical systems design, or related engineering disciplines
- Good command of English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment (minimum B2 level)
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop technical competencies
- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach to knowledge sharing and achieving common project goals
- Readiness for occasional business travel
