FERCHAU Engineering GmbH is seeking a Process Engineer - Electrical & Automation (m/f/d) to support international projects in advanced manufacturing systems. Based in Jawor, on-site or hybrid work options are available.

The role focuses on automation and electrical design for production systems, with global project teams and suppliers involved. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, at least 2 years of related experience, and strong English skills (B2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial automation, control systems, PLC programming, electrical design, or related disciplines.
• Good command of English (minimum B2) for international collaboration.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical competencies.
• Well-developed communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to knowledge sharing and project goals.
• Willingness for occasional business travel.

Responsibilities

• Support automation and electrical engineering solution design for production systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, requirements specifications, and project documents.
• Develop and verify technical concepts for new projects.
• Collaborate with international project teams and external suppliers.
• Communicate project progress and align technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Support implementation of new tools and digital solutions to improve production processes.

The right qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial automation, control systems, PLC programming, electrical systems design, or related engineering disciplines
