Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a technically educated professional to supervise production technology and drive process improvements in our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with quality, tooling, and purchasing teams, select appropriate tools, and develop workstation instructions.

The ideal candidate holds higher technical education (mechanical engineering), can read technical drawings, and possesses English communication skills to coordinate with international teams.

Qualifications

  • Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques.
  • Knowledge of CAD programs.
  • Managing ERP software in the area of technological modules (Routings and BOMs).
  • Analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Very well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented approach.
  • At least a communicative level of English.

Responsibilities

  • Technological supervision over production process

  • Designing and supervising the manufacturing of fixtures necessary for the implementation of production
  • Solving technological problems during current production
