Your Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor production processes and product quality through visual inspections, process data analysis, and statistical tools (SPC), with a focus on Key Control Characteristics (KCC) and Key Process Characteristics (KPC).
  • Ensure sustainable product quality and optimal production performance by identifying improvement opportunities and reducing non-conforming products.
  • Prepare rework and reprocessing plans for off-specification materials.
  • Prepare reports related to testing results, quality monitoring, and process performance.
  • Create and maintain process and product engineering documentation.
  • Provide daily support to Production teams in resolving process-related issues and managing low-grade product treatment activities.
  • Identify, propose, test, and implement process and equipment improvements.
  • Support technology transfers, new product introductions, line transfers, commissioning activities, qualification trials, raw material validations, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams on projects, providing process expertise and coordinating process-related activities during commissioning, flashing, and line acceptance.
  • Organize and coordinate internal equipment trials in cooperation with global technical teams.
  • Investigate process-related quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, including Flow Charts, Control Plans, PFMEA, CFMEA, and Key Control Characteristics.
  • Manage and execute assigned R&D projects.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on throughput improvement, scrap reduction, and CAPEX/OPEX optimization.
  • Support existing production installations with process improvements when required.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing solutions available on the market.
  • Build and maintain documentation that enhances process knowledge across the organization.
  • Participate in Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Energy Management Systems in line with defined responsibilities.
  • Prepare data for PDC updates and reporting.
  • Collaborate daily with Global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Ceramics Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of sintering processes and battery materials is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of EHS and quality management systems, including ISO, IATF, and VDA standards.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, QFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, and MSA.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
