Job description
  • We are looking for an individual to join our Engineering & Quality department. As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for the design and analysis of existing processes. One of your main tasks will be to continuously improve plant engineering by influencing process performance and improving product quality. We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer who is keen to share knowledge, is open to ongoing collaboration with operational departments and shows initiative in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • process mapping (checking and presenting the functioning of processes) in operational, production departments;

  • improving flow management and ergonomics of workstations;

  • designing a new process and implementing it in cooperation with operational departments;

  • taking corrective and preventive actions and participating in problem solving;

  • implementing improvements in line with the Lean Manufacturing method;

  • preparing process documentation;

  • nurturing Continuous Improvement in plant engineering, promoting a culture of process thinking and process efficiency;

  • collection and analysis of data on process performance and quality;

  • ongoing collaboration with process engineers, leaders and operational staff to improve processes;


  • A degree in engineering;

  • minimum of three years experience in the process area;

  • experience in the electronics, manufacturing or aftermarket services industry welcomed;

  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools;

  • verbal and written knowledge of English at a level that allows free communication;

  • ability to manage change;

  • ability to cooperate, openness to sharing knowledge and working with operational departments;

  • independence and commitment to assigned duties.
