Mindbox Sp. z o.o. w Krakowie poszukuje Private Cloud PMO Officer, który będzie koordynować rytm operacyjny i zarządzać łącznością interesariuszy w kluczowej domenie prywatnego chmury.

Do obowiązków należy prowadzenie forów governance, przygotowywanie zestawień i raportów dla kadry zarządzającej oraz wsparcie zespołów w zakresie zgodności, transformacji i portfela projektów. Szukamy osoby analitycznej, komunikatywnej i zorganizowanej.

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu interesariuszami i koordynacji międzyzespołowej.
• Silne umiejętności analityczne, raportowanie i analizy danych.
• Umiejętność distylania złożonych danych w jasne wnioski dla różnych poziomów zarządu.
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
• Doskonała organizacja pracy, priorytetyzacja zadań i terminowość.
• Znajomość narzędzi JIRA, Clarity, Confluence, Power BI, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie operacyjnego rytmu (business cadence) w domenie Private Cloud.
• Prowadzenie forów governance i dbanie o spójność agendy.
• Współpraca z zespołami Business Management, Risk, Transformation i Portfolio Management.
• Przygotowywanie i optymalizacja raportów dla różnych odbiorców.
• Wsparcie liderów PMO w zakresie clarity, postępów i decyzji w ramach ustrukturyzowanych frameworków.
• Wsparcie administracyjne dla zespołu i rozszerzeń kontraktów z partnerami.

Codzienne zadania:

• Run the operating rhythm (business cadence) across the Private Cloud domain.
• Own and facilitate key governance forums and ensure consistent agenda management.
• Collaborate with Business Management, Risk, Transformation, and Portfolio Management teams to align key initiatives and activities.
• Prepare and optimize reporting packs for various audiences, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide general PMO support to leadership and stakeholders: clarity, progress tracking, and timely decision-making through structured frameworks.
• Support leadership with team administration tasks and third-party contract extensions.
