Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and delivering production‑grade GenAI systems.
- Hands‑on GenAI work with enterprise use cases and multi‑cloud patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Go, Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud‑native architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; CKAD/CSAC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI solutions in a Kubernetes‑native environment.

- Design and Develop GenAI Solutions: Spearhead the creation and management of advanced, Kubernetes‑native systems using Golang, Java, or Python, with a primary focus on building, integrating, and scaling Generative AI capabilities, including services for knowledge retrieval and intelligent content processing.
- Architect Cloud‑Native GenAI Services: Develop innovative service designs in a cloud‑native environment, leveraging microservices and other cloud‑native technologies to deliver robust, scalable, and highly available GenAI‑powered solutions. Your work will directly influence the evolution of SaaS offerings and drive Pega’s GenAI transformation.
- Champion GenAI Quality and Automation: Establish and enforce rigorous testing, evaluation, and automation practices tailored for GenAI systems, ensuring smooth, reliable releases and continuous improvement in solution quality and reliability.
- Drive GenAI Innovation: Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in the Generative AI space. You’ll be expected to stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with new GenAI models and use cases, and bring relevant advancements into Pega’s products and platforms.
- Collaborate for GenAI Success: Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Operations teams in an Agile environment to deliver GenAI‑driven features and solutions. Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate GenAI adoption and impact.
- Own features development End to End: Take ownership of enhancements from design and development through deployment and adoption. Work with AI agents to explore solutions and improve delivery, while remaining accountable for the quality, rollout, and impact of what you deliver.

- Strong knowledge of Go, Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, ideally with a multi‑cloud perspective. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or an equivalent Google Cloud or Azure certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes. CKAD certification is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure and deployment automation tools such as Terraform and Helm.
- Proven ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, and debug across Linux and common development stacks, including technologies such as Tomcat and PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with AI agents as part of the software engineering lifecycle, from design and development through deployment.
- A commitment to staying current with Generative AI advancements and applying them to real‑world use cases.

Base salary range for this role is 205,700 - 313,400 PLN annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
