Job summary

SimCorp in Warsaw is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to contribute to enterprise-grade Collateral and Derivatives solutions. You will work across front-end and back-end, ensuring high quality and robust automation practices in a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and Angular.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise applications in .NET/C# with Angular.
• Proven experience in automation frameworks and CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features across front-end and back-end (SOA).
• Take ownership of feature delivery with high quality, scalability, and performance.
• Drive automation: E2E, API, and integration tests.
• Perform manual exploratory testing for complex scenarios.
• Define test strategies at module level.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and teammates during analysis and development.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and influence decisions.
• Mentor less experienced engineers via code reviews and pair programming.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
• Adhere to engineering best practices (XP, TDD, clean code).
• Contribute to Sprint Reviews/Demos and process improvements.

Do you want to grow as a Full-Stack Developer by working on complex enterprise-grade solutions in a global fintech company?

As part of our Collateral Management Product Area, you will contribute to the development of enterprise products within the Collateral and Derivatives domain. You will collaborate with colleagues from Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, Austria, and Germany, while gaining deep expertise in applied finance and modern software engineering practices.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Design, implement, and maintain new features across both front-end and back-end (SOA).
• Take technical ownership of feature delivery, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.
• Drive automation-first approach: design, implement, and maintain E2E, API, Integration tests.
• Perform manual exploratory testing for complex scenarios.
• Define test strategies at feature/module level.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and teammates during analysis, refinement, and development.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and influence technical decisions.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive improvements in automation, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices (XP, TDD, clean code).
• Actively contribute to Sprint Reviews/Demos and continuous process improvements.

What We Value

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and Angular.
• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise applications. in .NET / C# and working knowledge of Angular.
• Proven experience in automation frameworks and CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and QA best practices.
• Strong understanding of Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and building/managing pipelines.
• Readiness to learn APL.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns (experience with Domain-Driven Design is a plus).
• Familiarity with XP practices (TDD, pair programming, CI).
• Experience with relational databases (SQL).
• Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers.
