PandaDoc is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Document Experience. You will own strategy and execution for PandaDoc’s core document experiences, enabling teams to create, collaborate on, and finalize documents in an AI-driven world.

This senior, hands-on role sits at the intersection of UX, platform systems, and applied AI. You will guide multiple squads, align partners, and translate emerging tech into scalable product systems with disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end.
• Familiar with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models.
• Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences.
• Shape end-to-end document workflows from drafting to completion.
• Integrate AI capabilities into document experiences for real outcomes.
• Define product direction for modern document systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs.
• Partner with senior PMs to ensure cohesive journeys across PandaDoc.
• Drive experimentation and feedback loops to improve the product.
• Shape long-term strategy for PandaDoc’s Document Domain.
