Job summary

IFS is hiring a Principal Product Manager for an Internal Developer Platform. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on building a platform incrementally from scratch, enabling internal developers and platform engineers to ship tooling, templates, SDKs and documentation that accelerate product delivery.

You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering and architects, and drive adoption metrics for a globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience in B2B enterprise, platform, developer or infrastructure products.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem, the customer and the outcomes for a programme or product line.
• Lead discovery with developers, architects and platform engineers and translate evidence into a roadmap.
• Advocate for developer experience through API/SDK usability, onboarding and adoption.
• Translate customer needs and business strategy into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Make prioritisation and trade-off decisions balancing value and long-term health.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to discovery, analysis and documentation while keeping product judgement.
